Before you apply
Do I need my own business license?
Yes. All suites must be licensed by the Village of Plainfield.
Can I share my suite?
Yes. One additional person may share the suite. This is a special benefit currently offered by the property owner.
What type of security is in place?
The property has a 24-hour CCTV system throughout the building.
Do tenants have access to the cameras?
No. However, recordings can be reviewed upon request when necessary.
Can I paint or hang things in my suite?
All paint colors must be approved. The suite must be returned to white and restored to its original condition at the end of the lease. No holes may be made in the walls; use stick-on hanging products only.
Are the leases flexible?
Yes. Six-month, one-year, and two-year leases are available.
What deposit is required?
A deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
What is included?
Website exposure on the Sky Suites website, 24-hour building and suite access, free Wi-Fi, all utilities, cleaning of common areas, on-site laundry, and parking.
Can I sublet my suite?
Yes, with prior approval from the property owner.
How are incoming leads handled?
Calls from prospective customers will be referred to suite owners.
Are utilities included?
Yes. All utilities are included.
Will my business have street signage?
Sky Suites signage will be displayed on the street marquee. Additional signage will be available inside the building.
What are the building hours?
Tenants have 24-hour access.

Pricing is based on your lease and suite.
